“Ching Bo Leung” — From TC 101 SPACE

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen) is a university approved by the Ministry of Education and established in accordance with the regulations on Sino-foreign cooperative education. It inherits the educational philosophy and academic system of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), with the mission of establishing a world-class research university rooted in China and oriented towards the world. It is dedicated to cultivating innovative high-level talents with an international perspective, a sense of Chinese tradition, and social responsibility. The University Arts Center (UAC) serves as the cradle for nurturing a cultural and artistic atmosphere within the university, striving to bridge the gap between students and culture and art. By combining activities and courses, the center enriches the cultural and artistic ambiance on campus, maintains students' enthusiasm for culture and art, and makes culture and art an integral part of students' lives, bringing them joy and inspiration. The university's art exhibition venues consist of the Gravity Field Art Museum and TC101 SPACE. With an attitude of openness, coexistence, sharpness, and exploration, these venues leverage regional resources to create an interdisciplinary cultural and artistic practice field within the university, injecting new variables into the artistic ecology of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Beyond the traditional function of aesthetic education, these venues explore the diversity and possibilities of art spaces in comprehensive universities, with time serving as a depth factor.
