人文设计理念引领下的实验性、实践性和审美品质的养成始终是华东师范大学设计学院的教学特色。科技的进步、社会的发展以及生活方式与观念的转变彻底改变了人们对于设计与设计教育的传统认知，华东师范大学设计学院本次参展的学生作品以科技与艺术的结合为主题，展出学院环境设计、产品设计、平面设 计、插画设计、动画设计、摄影与影像设计、数字媒体设计及人工智能设计等专业方向学生创作的作品，这些作品充分体现出了学院与学生对科技与艺术的结合等方面的关注。
The cultivation of experimental, practical and aesthetic qualities under the guidance of humanistic design philosophy has always been a teaching hallmark of the School of Design, East China Normal University. The progress of technology, the development of society and shifts of lifestyle and conceptions have fundamentally altered conventional perceptions of design and design education. In the student works showcased by the School of Design, East China Normal University, the theme prominently centers around the fusion of science and technology, and art. These exhibited works are created by students majoring in Environmental Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, Illustration Design, Animation Design, Photography and Video Design, Digital Media Design and Artificial Intelligence Design . They eloquently reflect the school's and students' keen attention to the intersection of technology and art.

华东师范大学设计学院以自然、科技、人文艺术和商业模式创新相融合的人文设计为学院基本办学理念，以课程教学改革+国际化办学+产教融合项目实践教学体系建设为教学和人才培养模式改革的抓手，形成了以国际化办学和产教融合的实践教学改革成果为代表的办学特色与优势，三次获得上海市教委教学成果一等奖，并获得国家教学成果二等奖。学院学生获得包括德国设计红点奖、IF奖等数十项国际设计大奖，同时获得包括全国美展设计金奖在内的200多项国内设计大奖，获得包括发明专利在内的总计500多项设计专利。学院学生的作品多次入选包括威尼斯双年展、米兰三年展、米兰家具展、圣埃蒂安设计双年展在内的国际顶级展事，并先后在美国纽约、意大利罗马、都灵等地举办了学生作品展。多年来设计学院本硕各专业学生就业率始终保持100%。
The School of Design at East China Normal University (ECNU) adheres to a fundamental educational philosophy centered on humanistic design, which integrates nature, technology, humanities and arts, and business model innovation. By focusing on curriculum and teaching reform, international education, and the construction of a practical teaching system through industry-education integration, the school has developed distinctive features and advantages represented by its achievements in practical teaching reform through international education and industry-education integration. It has won the First Prize for Teaching Achievements from the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission three times and the Second Prize for National Teaching Achievements. Students from the school have received dozens of international design awards, including the Red Dot Award and the iF Award from Germany, as well as over 200 domestic design awards, including the Gold Award in the National Art Exhibition's Design Section. They have also obtained more than 500 design patents, including invention patents. Student works have been selected for numerous top international exhibitions, such as the Venice Biennale, the Milan Triennale, the Salone del Mobile.Milano, and the Saint-Étienne Design Biennale, and exhibitions of student works have been held in New York, Rome, Turin, and other places. Over the years, the employment rate for undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Design has remained at 100%.
